If you’re curious, we’ll also tell you all about how we use a centrifuge to make our cocktails, share some of our favorite bar experiences from the places we’ve travelled, and chat all things infusions, clarifying, and batching.

The party spot. (& the bar that started it all) Come here for a good time but don’t expect to chat and relax. The music is loud, the lights are dim, the energy is high. Basically your favorite house party — but with much better drinks.

The food spot. Our one concept where the star of the show isn’t the drinks (although our Asian-inspired cocktails, beer, and sake collection are great). Disco serves a Pan-Asian menu perfect for lunch, late night dinners, and sharing with friends.

The vibe spot. Pink lights, mirrored ceilings, cozy lounge seating, and a great playlist. We’ve taken the same meticulous cocktail methodologies we use in our other spaces and dialed it up to the next degree.
